For instance, we achieved a pivotal success in technology transfer, enabling the commercial scale-up of suspension-based Lentiviral vector manufacturing, a vital and expensive component of CAR-T therapies. Our innovation in the field has led to patent acknowledgments, specifically WO2022229853A1.

Global Operations and Supply Chain Mastery

Our comprehensive expertise in Global Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement strategies is firmly established through our work with notable companies such as Sanofi, Medimmune, Novartis, and CRISPR Therapeutics. In 2019, we successfully led negotiations and terminated agreements with CELLforCURE Contract Manufacturing customers, all within just three months of CELLforCURE acquisition and integration by Novartis. Even in the challenging environment of 2020, amidst the coronavirus pandemic, we skillfully managed risk identification, supplier selection, and supply and contract negotiations, ensuring zero days of lost operations. Our procurement strategies have consistently fostered a culture of 'cost consciousness' across the organizations we've worked with.
